Pinkeknot Campground is located in the San Bernardino Mountains near Big Bear Lake. At an elevation of 6,900 feet the campground is situated in a fir, pine and oak forest setting. Big Bear Lake is an destination for many recreations looking for a location proximity to the Los Angeles area. Popular activities include sight-seeing, shopping, mountain biking, hiking and fishing. A marina and water recreation areas are five miles from the campground.

Special Notes:
Stoves using gas, jellied petroleum, or pressurized liquid fuel are still allowed. Check with the local Ranger Station for current fire restrictions.
Camping fee includes entry for 1 vehicle and 1 legally towed vehicle.
A fee for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground.
Quite hours 10pm to 6am.
Pets must be leashed at all times.
Gas, jellied petroleum and pressurized liquid fuel stoves are allowed in campground.
Please be aware this is a high volume campground once you reserve a site it can not be changed at the campground.

Driving direction:
Take 215 Freeway from Highway 330 to the Highland Avenue/Mountain Resort turnoff to it’s end. Turn left on Highland and follow to Big Bear Lake. Turn right at Dam and follow Highway 18. Turn onto Summit Blvd. until you reach block wall and make left to campground.
