William Kent Campground is in the Lake Tahoe Basin located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe. The campground with 84 sites is surrounded by big pine and fir trees and many sites secluded with shrubbery. A day use area is located across the street from the campground for lake access activities.
William Kent Campground is open approximately 5/15 to 10/15. This facility is operated by California Land Management. Your comments are appreciated.

Reservations must be booked at least 1 day in advance.
All campers must register with camp host.
Camping fee includes one vehicle and 1 legally towed unit.
Six people per site.
Quite hours 10pm to 6am.
$5.00 fee for extra vehicles collected at campground.
No showers.
No discharge of firearms or fireworks.
No ATV or OHV use in campground.
Bears frequent the area. All food must be kept in approved containers.
No pets on beaches.
Pet rules strictly enforced. Max 2 pets per site.
No hunting or chain saw use.
No refunds for bad weather.
